What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, a valid photo ID, a list of all current medications (including dosages), any relevant medical records or imaging (MRI, CT scans), and a list of questions or concerns you’d like to discuss with the doctor.
Do you accept my insurance?

How do I schedule an appointment?

Can I get my testing done in your office?
In most cases, yes. We perform routine EEG, EMG/nerve conduction studies, and cognitive testing in our office, coordinate ambulatory EEG for home testing, and perform procedures such as lumbar puncture and image-guided injections in our on-site suite — so your diagnostics stay coordinated with your care, in one place.
What is the Infusion Center and how do I access it?
Our on-site Infusion Center provides IV therapy for neurological conditions including migraine rescue therapy, IVIG, and other infusion treatments. Access is typically through a referral from your neurologist at our practice. The center offers comfortable, private bays in a calm environment.
Can I be seen for multiple issues at once?
Yes! Because we offer multiple specialty departments under one roof, we can coordinate your care across neurology, headache, pain, and physical therapy — often in the same visit or back-to-back appointments.
What is Privia Health and how does it affect my care?
Privia Health is our practice management and technology partner. They handle scheduling, billing, and our patient portal. Your medical care is provided entirely by our team at the Neurology, Headache & Pain Institute. Privia simply helps us run our practice more efficiently so we can focus on your health.
